There’s really nothing better than getting your own unique flag made to measure with your design. There are some great companies out there who will work closely with you to produce precisely what you need.
American Flag Pole and Flag Company: Offer both Digital and Screen printed options. The digital print process can reproduce photo quality images and is ideal for small print runs. If you only want one flag this is the way to go. The price is not affected by the complexity of the design. They offer UV resistant, light weight 200 Denier nylon flags. Minimum size 2′ X 3′ up to 6′ X 10′
Flag Emporium: In business for over 30 years these guys provide nylon, polyester and cotton flags using either Anco-dyed or embroidered artwork. They cover the whole range of flag types and dimensions with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
Valley Forge Flag Company: These guys have been providing flags to the US Military for over 75 years. They use Digital printing processes so the quality is photo grade and they can offer affordable one off flags. You can send them a file (300 dpi resolution) or you can send them original artwork that they will then scan for you.
