Tailgating - issue of Car flag pole?

I know this can not be here, but I think with all that tailgating at the races, not I too far. I'm trying to get one of those telescopic poles - 20'-25 '- you put in your car wheel. Telepoleusa.com bought one, and bows and blows in the wind. Apparently this is supposed to happen and be good (according to their website), but I think that if I put in my car would be next to scratch off the paint. Do any of you know where I can get a quality tire, flagpole? Preference not governed by the wind and can have more than one brand at a time.

They are at Big Lots here in Louisiana and $ 25 is quite robust. They even painted with colors to drivers of $ 35 and come with the flag of the driver.
