Plants of the Russian flag on the seabed at the North Pole?

A Russian expedition traveled Thursday in a pair of waterproof over four kilometers beneath the ice sheet and deposited a Russian flag on the seabed at the North Pole and is a symbolic claim to vast fields of oil and natural gas believed that under the sea north of the Arctic Circle. Is this what the next world war starts?

I have a bad feeling that we often hear more of this. On the other side and I know I will get the thumbs down for saying this but this is how it was done long ago and, at least, Russia has not invaded another country for their oil. Welcome to peak oil war.
